Compared to other San Francisco neighborhoods I don’t find SOMA all that aesthetically pleasing, but I love this shot. The linear architecture of the building, the crisp blue sky above it, and a majority of window shades pulled down creating various aqua blue patterns. The only oddity in the photo is the surfboard, which makes sense.
We’re far from the beach, we’re in SOMA, and you’re seven stories up. I’m guessing your owner doesn’t take you out very much, but they still like to show you off.
