Spray Painted Arrows Along Ocean Parkway A Macabre Reminder Of Long Island’s Serial Killer

As the search for Long Island’s serial killer (the Burlap Sacker) continues, police have already discovered 10 sets of human remains along Ocean Parkway since December of last year. That’s 10 different bodies in 10 different locations. If you find yourself driving towards Gilgo Beach from the Robert Moses Bridge you may start wondering where all those bodies were found?

Well, just keep you eyes on the road. There are now large orange arrows spray painted on the road indicating the location along Ocean Parkway where bodies were found.

I drive Ocean Parkway all the time and have always thought it to be such a beautiful stretch of Long Island. Now, I just think about how many more bodies could potentially be out there in the brush along the bay.
