The Statue of Liberty, as seen from the NYC commuter ferry, heading from DUMBO to Williamsburg. Waterways are lovely.

love the giantness of the sun in certain photographs. i think this photo is secretly a political statement. humanity/nature over nation. how the sun dwarfs that pathetic symbol of a nation’s freedom. yup, reading way to into.
