Forget Hurricane Irene for a moment, Long Island just got shock waves from a 5.8 earthquake in Virginia! I’m currently unable to make calls from my cell phone on Verizon, and my father can’t make calls on his AT&T iPhone.

the phone thing is crazy. I’ve got sources saying no verizon, no at&t, and no t-mobile. What the hell would an earthquake have to do with satellites and radio waves? Nothing. They’d have nothing to do with a real earthquake and tectonic plates. But they certainly could be effected by man-made earthquakes and weather macines See H.A.R.P. and i’ll stop with my “conspiracy” theories. =)
